Airo TV only displays content added by the user. The application does NOT provide, host, supply, or distribute any content, channels, playlists, or streams of any kind.

Airo TV is designed to be used with your own created content or playlists that contain content you are legally authorized to access. DevelopersCoffee does NOT endorse, promote, or facilitate the streaming of copyright-protected material without proper authorization from the rights holder.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you access through Airo TV is legal in your jurisdiction.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to DevelopersCoffee.

App Changes and Updates

DevelopersCoffee is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

We may wish to update the app at some point. The app is currently available on Android (including Android TV and Fire TV) — the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to accept updates if you want to keep using the app.

Current Release Capabilities

Airo TV v0.0.2 supports the current release capabilities documented in the Airo TV Feature Matrix.

Playlist Formats

Playback

Playback depends on the stream URL, protocol, codec support, and capabilities of your Android TV, Google TV, or compatible device. Airo TV does not guarantee that every third-party playlist or stream URL will play.

Additional Features

Planned features such as EPG, favorites, recording, cloud playlists, and AI Search are not included in the current release unless the feature matrix marks them supported.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. These third-party services may collect information used to identify you. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services used by the app.

Security and Your Data

Airo TV stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your device vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your device’s security features, and it could mean that the Airo TV app will not work properly or at all.

Internet Connectivity

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but DevelopersCoffee cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you do not have any data allowance left.

If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Limitation of Liability

Along the same lines, DevelopersCoffee cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example:

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your use, you may simply stop using the app and delete it from your device.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

These terms and conditions are effective as of July 13, 2026.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
